Overview
Pocket Bookmarks is a resource library service that helps users save, organize, search, import, export, check, and share selected resource collections. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
Your personal workspace is intended for your account unless you choose to share selected content.
Your saved links, tags, categories, and descriptions remain your content.
Public pages should only contain collections you intentionally publish or share.

Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. If you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, authentication is handled by that provider and Pocket Bookmarks uses the account information needed to identify your workspace.
- Use accurate account information when signing in or registering.
- Do not share account access in a way that compromises your workspace.
- Notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Your content
You retain ownership of the saved links, tags, categories, descriptions, and other content you add to Pocket Bookmarks. You are responsible for the content you save, publish, or share through the service.
We do not claim ownership of your resource collection. We operate the service so you can store, organize, retrieve, and share that collection according to your choices.

Public sharing
Pocket Bookmarks includes optional sharing features such as public resource homes and category-level resource pages. Public visitors may view shared content, but they are not granted permission to edit your private workspace.
- Only publish collections you are comfortable making public.
- Private resources remain private unless included in a public share action.
- You may disable public sharing when a collection no longer needs to be visible.

Acceptable use
Do not use Pocket Bookmarks to store, publish, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or security-compromising content. Public resource pages may be disabled if they harm the service, other users, or third parties.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
- Do not use shared pages for spam, phishing, malware, or misleading activity.
- Respect intellectual property and the rights of others.

Service changes and availability
Features may be updated, improved, limited, or removed over time. We aim to keep the service reliable and useful, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available without interruption or error.
Resource management, AI assistance, import/export, link checking, and sharing tools may change as the product improves.
